Roof cover – see selections below / 30mm or 40mm Top Hat Brandering / Lightweight Steel Trusses ranging from 0.8mm gauge to 1.2mm for large spans / Insulation – different options available as per thermal requirements / 20mm Ceiling Battens / 6.4mm or 9.5mm Gypsum Board / Skim Plaster / Finish Coat
Roof Cover options:
• 0.5mm or 0.58mm Chromadek Sheeting.
Chromadek® is ArcelorMittal South Africa’s trade name for a range of colour coated sheets. It consists of pre-painted hot-dip galvanised steel sheet.
• 0.5mm or 0.58mm Zincalume Sheeting.
The coating on ZINCALUME® steel comprises of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. It has excellent corrosion performance, forming capabilities and is available in high strength grades.
• Concrete or Clay Roof Tiles
